Training, Schools, Qualifications & Licenses

MREC-05: Records showing attendance, completion, qualification, certification, renewal, lapse, suspension, or revocation of military training and credentials.

What this record can establish

School attendance/completion; qualification date; credential or license; rating or proficiency entry; renewal or revocation when recorded.

What it does not establish automatically

A unit-wide training event does not prove an individual completed it. A certificate may establish completion but not continued currency years later.

Preservation package

Orders; school records; certificates; qualification cards; test results; license/currency records; revocation or suspension notices.
